The day trip to the Middle Atlas, Cedar Forest, and Ifrane begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Fez. We head towards the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping first in Ifrane, a small ski town known for its Swiss-like charm with clean streets and alpine-style buildings.
Next, we travel through the Cedar Forests, where you’ll have the chance to see the Barbary macaques. These friendly monkeys roam freely, and you may even get the chance to feed them. Afterward, we visit Daiet Aoua Lake, a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, perfect for a moment of relaxation.
Our final stop is Azrou, a town known for its Berber culture and traditional crafts. You’ll have time to explore the local markets and see the artisans at work. Finally, we return to Fez, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel, concluding your day of adventure in the Middle Atlas.
Your tour will conclude in San Francisco on Day 8 of the trip. There are no activities planned for this day so you're free to depart at any time. We highly recommend booking post-accommodation to give yourself time to fully experience the wonders of this iconic city!
Day 1 of this tour is an arrivals day, which gives you a chance to settle into your hotel and explore Los Angeles. The only planned activity for this day is an evening welcome meeting at 7pm, where you can get to know your guides and fellow travellers. Please be aware that the meeting point is subject to change until your final documents are released.
