Overnight stay in a hotel.

After breakfast, drive along the coast to Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Visit key landmarks, including the Hassan Tower, Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and Kasbah of Oudaya. After lunch, continue north through Ouazzane to reach the Blue City of Chefchaouen, nestled in the Rif Mountains. Overnight stay in a hotel.

Spend the day exploring Chefchaouen, known for its striking blue-painted streets and buildings. Wander through its charming Medina, with authentic blue doors and whitewashed walls, perfect for photos. After lunch, hike to the Spanish Mosque, offering breathtaking views of the entire city. Return to your hotel for the night.

After breakfast, enjoy some free time in Chefchaouen before heading to Volubilis, a UNESCO-listed Roman archaeological site with well-preserved mosaics, pillars, and archways. Then, visit Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities, where you’ll see Bab Mansour, Sahrij Souani basin, the Royal Stables, and the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. Finally, continue to Fes for an overnight stay in a traditional Riad.

Spend the day exploring Fes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities and its cultural and religious hub. Start with a visit to the Royal Palace Gate, followed by a tour of the UNESCO-listed Medina, known for its maze-like alleyways. Visit the Blue Gate (Bab Boujloud), Medrasa Bou Inania, Najjarine Fountain, and the famous Tanneries. End with a visit to the Al Quaraouiyine Mosque and University, the oldest university in the world. Outside the Medina, explore the Jewish Quarter (Mellah) before heading to a hilltop fortress for a panoramic view of Fes. Overnight stay in a Riad.

After breakfast, drive south through Imouzzer to visit Ifrane, often called the Switzerland of Morocco due to its snowy winters and alpine-style houses. Then, continue to the Cedars Forest, home to wild Barbary macaques—you can feed them as they roam freely. Stop for lunch in Midelt, then continue through the Tizi-n-Tilghmt pass and Ziz Valley, with scenic stops along the way. In the afternoon, arrive in Merzouga, where you’ll switch to camels for a trek across the golden sand dunes. Pause atop a high dune to watch the sunset, then head to your desert camp, where you’ll enjoy traditional Berber music around a campfire under the starlit sky. Dinner and overnight in the camp.

Wake up early to witness the breathtaking sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, return to Merzouga by camel, where your driver will be waiting. Spend the day exploring the Merzouga region, known for its sand dunes, fossils, and oases. First, drive off-road to visit an old eyeliner mine, then stop at a nomad camp to experience their traditional lifestyle over a cup of Berber tea. Next, visit Khamlia village, home to Gnaoua musicians from sub-Saharan Africa, and enjoy their vibrant music. After lunch, take a walk through the palm groves, then visit Merzouga Lake (Flamingo Lake), a seasonal lake that attracts migratory birds. Return to Merzouga for dinner and an overnight stay in a hotel.

After breakfast, leave the Sahara Desert and head to Rissani, the former capital of Tafilalet and an important market town, especially on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. After exploring the traditional souk, continue to Erfoud to visit a workshop specializing in fossilized marble. Drive through Touroug and Tinjdad palm groves before reaching the impressive Todra Gorges, a massive red canyon carved by the Todra River—a popular spot for rock climbers. Enjoy free time for lunch before driving to Dades Valley via Boumalne Dades, making stops at the unique Monkey Fingers rock formations and a scenic viewpoint overlooking the valley. Dinner and overnight stay in a hotel.

Start the day with a visit to Kalaa Magouna in Rose Valley, famous for its annual Rose Festival in May, where locals sell rose-based products. Then, pass through the palm groves of Skoura before reaching Ouarzazate, home to film studios where many famous movies were shot. Visit the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a historic fortified village featured in movies like Gladiator and TV shows like Game of Thrones. In the afternoon, drive through the Tizi-n-Tichka Pass in the High Atlas Mountains, stopping for lunch and scenic views along the way. Arrive in Marrakech for an overnight stay in a Riad.

After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of Marrakech, one of Morocco’s four imperial cities. Visit historical sites like Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, and Ben Youssef Quranic School. Stroll through the largest traditional souk in Morocco before having free time for lunch near Jemaa El-Fna Square. Later, return to your accommodation and enjoy free time to experience Jemaa El-Fna on your own.
